1. Who we are

This website (porshn.com) is operated by Patryk Domałeczny, a natural person residing in Poland ("we", "us", "Porshn"). For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@porshn.com or by post at Chorzowska 214, 40-101 Katowice, Poland.

2. Data controller

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, the data controller is Patryk Domałeczny, contactable at hello@porshn.com.

3. What data we collect

On this marketing website, we collect only the following personal data:

  • Email address, when you submit the waitlist form. Submitting the form is voluntary.
  • Analytics data, if you consent to analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymous data about your visit (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type, browser). IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Retained up to 30 days.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, political opinions, and so on) on this site.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Waitlist signup, to notify you when Porshn opens to new users. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form.
  • Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner.
  • Security and abuse prevention, to detect and block malicious traffic. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting the service.

5. Who we share data with

We use the following processors, each bound by a data processing agreement:

Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Waitlist email: until you ask us to delete it, or until Porshn launches publicly and the waitlist becomes obsolete (whichever is sooner), after which it is deleted within 30 days.
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and Polish law you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR);
  • rectify inaccurate data (Article 16);
  • erase your data (the "right to be forgotten", Article 17);
  • restrict processing (Article 18);
  • data portability (Article 20);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21);
  • withdraw consent at any time (Article 7(3)). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

8. Cookies

We use cookies only with your consent, except for strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, security headers (CSP, HSTS), and reputable infrastructure providers. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Minors

Porshn is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact hello@porshn.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For waitlist subscribers, significant changes will be communicated by email.
